Publix Pharmacy at the Marketplace at Ellis Crossing

I have interacted with Colby several times, & he is awesome! He is always polite, friendly, & goes above & beyond to be helpful. He is an exemplary employee & should be recognized as such! Thanks for doing such a great job, Colby!

I like everything about this pharmacy. I like their pill bottles. They are easier to open and close. Also their labels have big fonts and are easy to read. Staff are very friendly, and the prices for my mom's 5 different medications were the cheapest among the pharmacies near us. They also honored GoodRx coupon codes. I am impressed. I will soon be changing my pharmacy as well.

DO NOT TRUST DANNY the pharmacist at Publix on Yunus! My almost 80 y.o mother asked him if she needed a covid booster, he said "no". 2 weeks later she gets Covid and is very sick. Can't even get out of bed sick. Her M.D. prescribes paxlovid & tussinex w/ codeine. When my sister goes to get the prescription, Danny tells her they never received the tussinex request, which is odd considering they rcvd and filled the paxlovid?? So I call mom's MD today and guess what? The prescription was called in. Then I call "super helpful" Danny, who tells me that they actually did receive the prescription but he is REFUSING to fill it b/c of possible "contraindications". Never mind that the actual product info sheet for paxlovid has NO CONTRAINDICATIONS w tussinex! He literally LIED to my sister's face, a

I’ve had excellent customer service here. I’m able to get staff on the phone to answer questions. The app works great. Special shout out to the pharmacy techs. Their service is much appreciated.
