Publix Pharmacy at The Crossings Shopping Village

I must say Publix supermarket really did it this Time!. This is the best Publix in the area. Even though is surrounded by 2 locations including plaza del paraíso. Brand new and fully stocked, great service and all Employees smiling!!

The best pharmacy have kind, professional staff who understand you’re there because you need to be, not because you want to. They’re empathetic, always smiling, and very polite — unlike the CVS across the street.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Irene at Publix Pharmacy for the amazing service she provided! I had been struggling with getting my prescription filled at Walgreens for over a year — they were constantly out of stock, and the staff there was not helpful at all. They just kept telling me to call every Tuesday with no clear answer or timeline, and frankly, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. However, when I called Publix Pharmacy, Irene was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to listen to my issue, was incredibly kind, and assured me that she would take care of it. She immediately looked into my prescription, kept me updated on the status, and was able to fill it without any hassle. Even though Publix Pharmacy is a bit further from my home, I will not go anywhere else

This place will open in the middle of June 2023.

It's a unique , clean and beautiful new store that has a coffee and snacks to dine in . The staff is nice.
