Publix Pharmacy at The Crossing

Too many bad service here and my sons prescription was given to the wrong person bc they make you move if your in the drive thru and have to wait a minute for your meds. Never had a pharmacy make you move in the drive thru. This pharmacy has had way too many incompetencies.

I have had some very terrible experiences with this pharmacy. However, I will say that lately the services have improved. There was a big scene with my husband and the pharmacist and the front service manager and ever since then our medicine is actually ready when they say it's ready. Generally speaking though the service here is slow, even with what sometimes appears to be an army of techs working. That being said since that harrowing day - everyone has been polite and helpful. Just ensure you adjust your expectations. If I am prescribed a medication I plan for it to not be ready until the end of the day or the next day.

I had to have help getting my sensor rx and needed prior authorization. They were very professional and the pharmacist was flawless in her execution. Kudos job well done

Every time I come to this pharmacy, I get outstanding service. Most of the time I use the drive thru. However, when I do go inside and have questions, I’m always met with friendly staff. The pharmacist takes the time to answer all my questions.

consistent is the best way to describe this pharmacy and staff. very consistent: good service, fast, rarely wait more than a couple of minutes even if its crowded, and the pharmacists and staff always have a smile on, make you feel valued and take time to answer any questions. One of the best we have ever experienced. Definitely recommended
