Publix Pharmacy at Sunshine Plaza

Terrible treatment by pharmacy associates & pharmacist, truly unprofessional rude behavior. It’s as if I was interrupting their personal agenda to do their job. Shocked that this behavior goes unchecked by Publix management. This Publix is a nightmare anyway & I’m moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy but not a Publix pharmacy. Tried to alert Corporate but they don’t answer the phone due to heavy call volume. Wonder why cause your stores are going downhill and you’re not doing anything to fix the situation. Customers are calling but Publix isn’t listening. Shame on you Publix. Stay away from Sunshine plaza it’s nasty just like the workers.

I had the best experience at this Pharmacy yesterday! I arrived shortly after my doctor sent my children’s prescriptions in the slight chance that they were filled already. The pharmacist, Aretia Billings, and the cashier, Glanise, were so kind and helpful! My prescriptions were not ready yet but they gave me a time to come back for them and even called me personally to come back when they were ready. I could tell that the pharmacist rushed them for us. My daughter wasn’t feeling well so I was super stressed that day but their kindness made us smile. I’ll only use this pharmacy from now!

I gave two stars because a kind young lady help me out & got me out of there. There is literally no point in making an online order. My pickup time was for 2:55 I arrived at 3:10. No food. At 3:25 I’m told there is no tuna for the salad I ordered lol. No call no nothing. I left around 3:30 with chicken tenders. Literally a waste of my lunch break

Made an appointment to get my booster at 11am. Waited almost 40 min for me to get my shot and this is after I complained about waiting. The cashier at the pharmacy counter , I think her name was Ashley, has THE WORST customer service. She was rude and Gave me one word answers and didn’t even look at me when I was trying to talk to her. Finally the pharmacist showed up after her break ( at least let us know if there is going to be a bit of a wait so at least we can come back another time) and said the appointments don’t matter because they also have to see the walkins too. WHATS THE POINT OF GETTING AN APPOINTMENT! I was on my lunch break from work and I didn’t want to reschedule. Dear Ashley, Remember that people who are well, and especially unwell, depend on your customer service and skills. Today, you displayed disgustingly disrespectful behavior and it made me question race, gender, and if I was going to make it through the night without my medication if I just walked away all in the matter of the 3 excruciatingly painful minutes I spent at your register. Your short but rude responses were not welcomed and I pray the next customer you were so eager to assist before giving me a receipt received a better experience. What ever you are going through I pray for healing energy to enter your life. Maybe today was a bad day for you but you could’ve kept that fire to yourself especially when someone is trying to be polite in the face of unsolicited disrespect. Love and l
