Publix Pharmacy at Short Pump Crossing Shopping Center

Don’t get any time sensitive medications here. Had a script sent Friday night. They told me it had to be ordered but should be delivered the following Monday, which I could understand. I call Monday and they tell me it will be delivered Tuesday. I call Tuesday and it’s still not there and the rep that picked up said they’re not sure why I was told Monday and Tuesday because it wasn’t in their deliveries for those days. He was helpful and suggested getting the script transferred to another local Publix pharmacy that definitley did have it in stock. I talked to a pharmacist friend and he believes someone messed up multiple times by forgetting to actually order it because it’s unusual to not have a script delivered next business day. Staff is great, helpful with explaining fluctuating prices. Speedy refills. One of the registers does not take my FSA debit card, which is troublesome.

The best pharmacy in the area; we drive out of our way to come here. Thank you for your wonderful care and keep up the great work, Pharmacist Mark and Kira and the rest of the team who’s served me on countless other visits.

I’ve been using this pharmacy now for around a year or more. They are always great, kind, caring and friendly! I’ve never been made to feel bad about my medication needs or any negative interactions. I’ve had one issue that was very promptly fixed and they are diligent about getting medications done quickly and easily. It feels like the neighborhood pharmacy should feel - welcoming! I have other locations that are now closer to me and I’ve continued to use this one due to how kind, efficient and supportive they are.

Rarely have to wait, and the two pharmacists that I see there regularly, Mark and Osmin, are terrific. They’ll take time to explain things and they will do whatever they can to help a customer like me. I won’t go anywhere else for my prescriptions.
