Publix Pharmacy at Sea Plum Town Center

I witnessed a deeply disturbing incident involving a Publix employee and a customer, along with their family. The situation escalated after the employee—an older, balding white male—made inappropriate and racially charged comments about the customer's appearance, who appeared to be Hispanic. I clearly heard the employee telling another coworker, in a derogatory tone, that the family should “go back to where they came from.” This is unacceptable behavior under any circumstance, but especially shocking to witness in a store that prides itself on community values and inclusion. Dear Publix Pharmacy, we just want to give you a heads up about one of the employees in the Pharmacy. His name is Nick Kokonis. He’s the Pharmacist. He is the best Pharmacist we know in Jupiter Fl. We’ve been to some of the other pharmacies, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart etc. Nick by far is the best Pharmacist we’ve ever come across. We’re always happy to get him on the phone when we call for prescriptions. You need to be aware that you have a great Pharmacist, Nick Kokonis working for Publix. I have been going to this pharmacy monthly for almost 10 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Though I could pay less doing mail order prescriptions, I still go here because the people are so kind and helpful.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. They are thorough and quick. Excellent customer service. They will really try to find you best discount too!!!
