Publix Pharmacy at Rosewood Shopping Center

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They even gave me someone else’s prescription. They are currently under construction and have no prepaid line anymore. So you can’t pick up at another window. I stood in line with a disability for an hour one time, 30 minutes another. They can sure send someone to my house to pick up the wrong prescription that they gave me. But it is too much trouble to send someone to parking lot to bring me my controlled substance. This more than likely violates the ADA since I have a disability. They are required to make reasonable accommodations for people with a disability. The only reason I stuck with them is they were the cheapest for self pay. But that comes at a huge cost. Consider somewhere else.

So.... My prescription a bit higher higher than last time, and I was running low. It was 30 minutes ago, 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, and they were BUSY. While explaining my financial situation, I asked them if they could take my 90 day supply and cut it and half or third in order to reduce the cost. The prescription was already ready, and they would have had to open it up and then seal it again. Miss Jourdan and Miss Alexa earnestly did it with a smile Thank you ladies! Kip Kip HOORAY! 😁

Every pharmacy experience I have had here is terrible. They let the phone ring endlessly without picking up, and allow problems to remain with prescriptions without making any communication. I have to find out there are problems with my prescription by coming in to see if it is ready and then being told they cannot fill it for the set duration. Instead of calling to tell me there was an issue and ask if I would still like the prescription filled, they simply let the prescription sit. I’m going to be switching my pharmacy.

Very small building, aisles are too slim, always overcrowded. The deli staff are dreadful. Orders are always either late or made wrong, and ive been enough times to say that confidently. Theyre also rude and act terribly inconvenienced if you dare speak to them. Other than that, the store is fine. Worth driving 15 minutes to a different publix if youre wanting a sub or dont like overcrowded spaces.

Ms.Lillian and Mrs. Valencia are two of the most caring people I have ever met, they truly want to take care of their customers and it shows. I was having a very hard day and Mrs.Valencia took care of me and gave me a hug which I needed so much and she made sure to check on me and give me another hug when I went to pick up another prescription. I wish I could leave a 10 star review, they deserve it. Travis is a sweetheart too.
