Over 15Rx's in 6mo cancelled by Pharmacy. They claim that my doctors called them to cancel these Rx's which is false. I had to contact each doctor to send a new Rx in and they all said that they never cancelled the Rx. Why would my doctors cancel a Rx then immediately refill it? All of the Rx's that were cancelled were a new dosage of a Rx already on file so I assume that these pharmacists cancelled the new Rx's considering them as duplicates which is so wild to me! *I am also constantly having to call in refills with the Rx# on the bottle because they remove them from my profile which makes no sense and is quite irritating. The pharmacists are also extremely rude. ***This has never happened at any other pharmacy. I have since switched pharmacies and have had no issues. I suggest that you

We've lived in the area for 20+ years. And this Publix and it's employees have been a touchstone for the entire time. We've come to know some of the cashiers so well that they act as family friends when we come through. All of them are wonderfully warm, but I have to showcase Elizabeth today.. she's come to know my wife, my grandsons, and my daughter and son-in-law Matt over years..one checkout at at time. She knew Matt was battling cancer for the last 8 years..and came to know his sons from babies to tween and teens. We told her today that Matt lost his battle with cancer..and Elizabeth "tapped out" from cashier and cried and comforted my wife and me. She is an amazing human being who cares about her customers. We love this Publix and all their employees. Elizabeth's daughter

Walked in to drop off a prescription and ask a question being the prescription is post dated. Was literally greeted at the drop off with " what do you need ?" In a blunt manner. As if it wasn't obvious, prescription in hand standing under the sign that says drop off. Also was made to feel like I was disturbing the tech by asking a question about said prescription . Meanwhile the pharmacist standing directly beside the tech says nothing to help in explanation. Now I'm told that I have to have my Dr office call on the same day I drop off the prescription to approve the prescription which they wrote in the first place?? Felt I was treated rudely , like a lot of reviews, and obviously they don't like to answer questions about prescriptions. Seeking a new pharmacy near my home led me to these r

I have lived about 5 minutes away from this Publix, but had never used the pharmacy in the 18 years I have lived here. I have shopped here regularly though. I went to the pharmacy with a new prescription because it was going to be $12 less per 90 days, as opposed to my regular pharmacy. I was greeted rudely when I tried to drop off. It was obvious that I was interrupting the tech, and she wanted nothing more than for me to not be there. There were 3 other employees working at the counter and no other customers waiting or in line. I am in my late 60's so this is not the first time that I have encountered poor customer service, but this was on a whole new level. Since she didn't want me there, I rapidly obliged by taking my business to my regular pharmacy. Saving $12 just isn't that import

I am a really nice person and I’m very friendly over the phone and in person, but every single time that I have spoken to a pharmacist over there, they give me really bad attitude. They gave me attitude because they didn’t transfer all of my medication’s from a different pharmacy into their database And they gave me attitude because they were told to call the other pharmacy again. They really need to work on an attitude adjustment if I could go to a different pharmacy, I would.
