Publix Pharmacy at River Landing

This used to be a good pharmacy until recently. They hired a very rude member of staff called maribella who refused to answer my question about my medication over the phone. She made it sound like for the first time in 2 years they did not have my medication nor had they ordered in any more since my prescription was handed in a month ago. Since this was needed for a long, and highly sensitive trip out of the country I had a huge panic attack that lasted for hours. When I called the following day hoping to speak to someone else it was explained to me that they did not have the entire number of pills needed but that they had most of them. I was truly worried about this location due to some reviews. However, the store is cleaner than others. And it's well stocked. As far as I could tell first time in. As far as people's attitudes? It's Miami. It's a given you will get horrendous treatment wherever you go. Don't take anything personal. The deli is small, so don't expect much, and you're fine. As a black man, I'm use to all kinds of racism but the level of racism I received today 1/20/2025, is insane. I came to this location to purchase a money order and I got asked for my picture ID and with my method of payment. Then I was asked why I'm making the money which is new for me, I never got asked this question before because the individual that was ahead of me made a money order and didn't ask that question (by the way that person is white), but me being black man was asked that question. Customer service is terrible in this pharmacy. I can’t believe Publix has those type of employees! They sound lazy and not willing to help at all! Plus they don’t answer the calls.
