Publix Pharmacy at Presidential Markets

I'm fairly new (few months)with Publix and one time I couldn't get a script filled I don't know if they were reading it wrong or what happened but anyway other than that I've never had a problem they've been very nice helpful the wait time is reasonable every time I think it's a great pharmacy I would recommend it

Very rude pharmacist! Went there today to pick up medicine for wisdom tooth removal and was in an inexplicable amount of pain and discomfort and all I received was attitude. Customers deserve better. Please do better! Also if you are picking up medication it’s best to fill the medication then come back because the first time I went to get medication they said it would be ready in 20 minutes and I had to wait 50 minutes.

Absolutely horrible experience. first couldn't get any help in the deli waited five minutes walked around and got other stuff came back waited another five minutes nobody there manager left the deli manager that is left did not tell anybody he was leaving and did not tell anybody to cover the store and the guy that came to get my turkey spray cleaning stuff all over the turkey breast as he was cleaning the stuff are you kidding me You take the wrapping off the turkey and then you spray the cleaner and mist within 6 inches of that stay away you'll get sick!!!!

I went to this pharmacy to get a refill of my daughter’s inhaler. They filled the prescription with a different brand name, which is fine if it’s the same medicine. However, the different medicine cost $70 instead of the $40 I paid for the prescribed brand the month before. When I asked about this, the pharmacist advised this was the price for both the generic and name brand medication. No other explanation was given for the drastic price increase. My daughter needed the medication so I purchased it. I later called my insurance company to learn of any alternatives to my daughter’s medication and they advised that the medication is $15. So I paid 4X the amount for her medication with no recourse because she has already started using the medication. This is just wrong.

I truly miss Mr. Williams. No matter what I never experienced any problems getting my meds under no circumstances. Today I was having to go back and forth between two pharmacy when this Publix has my meds and I’m completely out. I work in the medical field and I travel so I need my meds when they’re due. This the second time I’ve had to wait days or even a week to get my prescription until either the manager or Mr Williams returned. Please get him back because until then I will not have my meds sent here and I’ll transfer anyone’s that’s here. The black lady which always gives me a hard time by asking for ID for antibiotics or anything but I’ve never seen her ask others. I always go through a lot to get my meds but as of today I’m done with this Publix! Every black person doesn’t lie but I
