At the suggestion of a pharmacist friend of mine I switched to this publix pharmacy from one that is right behind my house. My friend is a genius! These guys are so great and super fast in filling my mess. Today I came in to purchase a glucometer and the male pharmacist I think his name is Mario, helped me out. He showed me exactly how to use the glucometer and even gave me really good advice on how to save some money on my current medicines! If I could give 100 stars I would! In the time it took him to teach my the glucometer the other pharmacist filled a last minute prescription I had requested and filled for three months!!! The best amongst ALL the rest! Worst pharmacy ever. When you call they are very rude. So they send me a text saying my refill was ready when i get there they tell me its not ready till tomorrow. The lady in front with blonde hair is super rude and not very professional. I suggest they hire someone with more customer skills. I will be changing pharmacy.

I had a dental surgery and I went to Publix at Ponce de Leon at Coral Gables Fl to get a antibiotics, steroids and pain killer. The men in charge was very unprofessional, He didn't want to take my 3 prescriptions because He had to much work to do. He pretended that I come back the next day for my medications. He didn't care about my medical condition. It's the worst service that I got in any pharmacy. Don't go there I don't recommend this place

They don't answer the phone at the pharmacy. They just pick up and place you on hold. Just horrible customer service.
