Publix Pharmacy at Plantation Promenade

its been twice that i go for a deli item and they (majority of them) who worked at the deli have a rude attitude towards the customers. i know you are about to close the deli and you want tongo home, but please dont be rude and don't pretend you are not having a cusfomer in front of you and please dont behave like you are little kids.

Walked in to pick up some rx. The pharmacist or pharmacist tech that took care of me was very educated, friendly and always with a smile!. To my luck the Dr. had sent the rx to a different Publix. She was so kind to request them over and have them there for me to pick up 1 hour later. I really do appreciate all she did. Great team, great service !

I feel harassed by the pharmacist or the pharmacy technician every time he is there. He always tells me about vaccines I’m eligible to get and I always thank him but and I tell him politely that I don’t want any vaccines but he continues to tell me at least 5 times every visit how they will keep me out of the hospital and how they will keep me from getting sick. I think that the conversation about vaccines should end when I tell him I’m not interested instead of him pushing his beliefs on me. I think his name is Al or something close to that.

Rude and unprofessional. There is a pharmacist, a black woman, who brushes me aside only because I tried to find out how much my medication was on GoodRx. She said she needs to help other customers, but I was a customer as well and I was not done. I waited for my turn like everyone else, yet I didn’t get the equal service just because I have a ACCENT.That must be the reason, because she was very nice to others. I will never use this place again where there is a double standard in how the people with or without accents are treated. Shame!

Such a great pharmacy/pharmacists. They will do whatever possible to help you get your prescription in a timely fashion even if closing soon. Highly recommend !
