Publix Pharmacy at Peachtree Square Shopping Center

I don’t understand these reviews! Been using this pharmacy for 5+ years and have always received top-notch service. The employees are kind, expedient, and professional. I’ve even called in last minute prescriptions and they’re downright happy to fill it same-day even if they’re closing in a few hours. They understand the impact of the field they’re in. Medicine is critical and their compassion is what keeps me from switching to a home delivery service like Capsule. Thank you guys for making one aspect of my errands smooth.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are polite and professional, quick and capable. I have had no problems, whether it's picking up prescriptions or asking questions.

Staff are genuinely rude. Act like you're the weird one for not know how their systems work.

I had my prescription transferred here. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I could never get anyone on the phone to check the status of my prescription. There was no info on the app. You will only be able to reach the store customer service where they tell you the pharmacy is extremely busy. Well they're not busy filling my prescription. No matter what time of day I call they never answer. Finally day 2 of waiting someone from the pharmacy calls at 8pm to tell me they still have not filled my prescription give them 30 or so more mins. I received the text saying my prescription is ready. It had a cost attached. There should be no cost. I took a chance and called. They actually answered and I asked abt the cost. She said there was no insurance info. I told h
