Publix Pharmacy at Peace Haven Village

When a prescription is on file for you they will not tell you or they will say they do not see any other prescriptions on file. DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOCTOR CANCEL THE ORDER FOR IT. This pharmacy steals people's prescriptions that way. Call Corporate immediately.

Usually have great experiences with them, however today after an insane day and being completely out of my medication for a week, I come by after my appointment. They have my medication in stock and just have to fill it, script is already over. Not another soul in the pharmacy but they told me it would be 2 hours? I told her id like to wait on it and might not be able to come back today and am completely out and she said it would still be 2 hours. In what world do you not serve the customer standing in front of you first?

Excellent service, very caring, friendly and compassionate. Tracy always greets me (and everyone I see) with a kind, friendly smile. She makes me (and I'm sure all the customers) feel like I am the most important customer Publix has. This is so rare these days, especially for a chain pharmacy. Tracy is knowledgeable about the services Publix offers and informed me about the Publix pharmacy app and online portal. These tools have been instrumental in managing my Grandmother's prescriptions and I love it! Simply amazing! I love it and love the drive thru too!

I went to Publix Pharmacy to pick up my prescription and I was treated with disrespect. The Pharmacy Manager Travis is not competent in customer care. He is always so rude and unkind. My husband and I have been loyal customers at this Publix since it opened, but we are in the process of transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy.
