Publix Pharmacy at Park Place

Went on lunch break to pick up meds..they looked into past doctor prescription..sent my medicine back to stock before they finished investigating. 30 mins..no lunch, no medicine as I now have to wait 5 hrs for them to refill my bottle again. ..came back 5 hours later, and they don't have it filled.

i’ve never had a problem with the pharmacy. they always have my medication ready to go. other than having to wait 10 minutes, but that doesn’t bother me i understand they get busy. 9/10 i’ve been using them for almost a year.

They don’t want to look up any billing information for prescriptions. They act like they don’t know any process for medication insurance billing. Now I see why Walgreens is always packed for prescriptions, they actually have pharmacists that work.

The worst pharmacy in town. There are always excuses for why it takes so long to fill a prescription. Even Walgreens, who I guarantee has more customers than Publix, fills it faster.

I have tried and tried to get a simple refill on time but it just can't happen. I've call it in. I've used the app. I've had the Dr's office call. These are all separate occurrences. There is a different excuse EVERYTIME its not filled. Things like "it's still in production come back in 20 min". (For days, REALLY). Once I had a pick up at 5pm I show up at 530pm. I was told they put it back because the thought I was not coming, but it was ready. (Right, the BS fills the room!) That's crazy just asinine! Walgreens is always ready, I'm about to make the switch.
