Had such an awesome experience both me and my dad with Kerrie . She took such great care of my dad who has dementia, and had such a positive attitude towards him and then me .. and such a contagious smile.. Thank you for taking your time and sharing your wonderful joy for life with us.. Dr. Patchett was amazing! He answered each of my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed. His staff was super welcoming when I came in. Carrie was so amazing when she brought me back and took all my x-rays. Each time she made sure I was feeling okay throughout the entire time. Carrie was very personable and spoke to me throughout the whole visit. I truly felt welcomed and had a very positive experience with her!! 10/5 stars for her!! The hygienist, Morgan explained when she did the perio chart for my gums. They were very quick and efficient with my appointment and made sure I felt okay at each point during the appointment. Absolutely recommend Dr. Patchett and this office!! 😊

I had the best experience possible at this Aspen Dental location! They all work very cohesively as a team to streamline the process to ensure a fast, yet informative appointment. Kary did my screenings, she was super welcoming and patient with me through the uncomfortable parts, Morgan did a great job explaining any answers to questions I had. She was very personable and knowledgeable about her profession. I forget the name of the dentist but she was quite literally the sweetest dentist I have ever met in my life, and was also very informative. Overall each team member I encountered was compassionate, knowledgeable, & patient (also I feel like its important to mention it seemed quite busy) As a current self pay patient, I felt like their prices are quite reasonable for the quality of care.

I’m really impressed with Aspen Dental. The team was welcoming, professional, and confident in their work. Despite how busy they were, everything moved quickly and smoothly without feeling rushed. It’s hard to find a place that balances speed with quality care, but they did it. Definitely my new go-to dentist!

I had a disappointing experience with this dental hygienist. Throughout the appointment, there was very little communication — no explanation of what was being done or checking in to ensure I was comfortable. The overall demeanor felt very cold and unwelcoming. The cleaning itself was noticeably heavy-handed and uncomfortable. The floss broke multiple times during the appointment, which has never happened to me before, felt unusual, and painful. Additionally, I was not offered protective glasses, which left me concerned about debris or water splashing into my face and the bright light shining directly into my eyes. Overall, the experience felt rushed, rough, and discourteous. I hope the office takes feedback seriously and works toward improving patient comfort and professionalism. Howeve
