Rx are ALWAYS...OUT of stock, NEVER ready. Give or take, your average WAIT time is 1 - 2 weeks. The majority UNprofessional and VERY RUDE. I have encountered 2 very knowledgeable and compassionate associates.
Had a great experience at CVS Pharmacy picking up my meds for a swimmer’s ear infection. I used the drive-thru and it was quick, smooth, and super convenient. The staff was friendly, fast, and professional—just what you want when you’re not feeling your best. Really appreciate the efficient service. CVS made it easy!
My prescription wasn’t in stock and they immediately contacted me to let me know. They were able to fill it within two days and then notified me it was ready. They even called to reassure me it would come in when needed.
Clerk that waited on me was less than cordial, needs to work on her manners and greeting, responding to people when spoken to instead of walking off without a reply.
Love this store. Very clean smells great Professional and polite employees
