Publix Pharmacy at Ormond Beach Mall

Pick up meds never called and told a shortage but checked and med was not on shortage list they still never fill or called House says the other day picking up prescriptions I seen a person put their dog on top of the counter and the pharmacies didn’t say a word. SERVICE dogs don’t belong on top of the counter. It was just Chihuahua. I got so bad that was an older gentleman, and she did wipe the counter Clorox, but apparently they allow us quite often

The ABSOLUTE BEST pharmacy for customer service! I have experienced one giant headache with a particular medication, from nationwide shortages to being switched to multiple, similar medications as a result. I usually fill at Walgreens on E. Granda (over 10 ys) and they have made this shortage sooooo difficult. So I decided to try Publix, BEST DECISION!!! EVERY time I called to ask questions they were incredibly knowledgable and oh so very patient. They spent much time on the phone with the me, answering all my questions, working VERY hard to get my insurance verified! Especially Angela .....She is the BEST! If you are unhappy with your pharmacy, I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!!!!

My family has always had great experiences at the Publix market and pharmacy for the past six years. Recently there is a new employee in the pharmacy “Linda” who has changed our attitudes. Linda is rude, never has a smile and no matter how nice you are to her she is sour grapes. I hope she is nicer to her co-workers than she is to the public. If it wasn’t for the rest of the staff I would never go to the pharmacy again. If she doesn’t enjoy working with the public she needs to find another profession. I am really tired of her nasty attitude!

Debbie is the best! She saved me so much money on a prescription for my dog. It's always nice to know the employees at this publix work their very hardest and do their best at all time, and it's above satisfactory.

Publix Pharmacy is a great Pharmacy to have up here in Ormond by the sea. I think they are better than most of the biggest change that they have up here out doing even CVS and Walgreens mainly because Publix Pharmacy care at the Ormond mall inside of the Publix supermarket
