My doctor's office always, ALWAYS updates prescriptions at my bi-annual appointments. With this pharmacy, my prescriptions always run out because the powers that be haven't checked to see if there is the updated renewal. I never had this problem with my former pharmacy; I use Publix now because I shop here all the time. When I call, I'm told they will notify my doctor. When I call back to see if the prescription is ready, I'm told the doctor's office hasn't called. HOW am I to know all of this? When I'm down to two pills, and the weekend is coming up, anxiety sets in .......wondering when, or IF, the prescription will be ready. There has got to be a better system of renewing prescriptions. The tech that I've talked with twice (this time) is short and seemingly unconcerned, not helpf
This pharmacy is a joke especially the female pharmacist name Zoe if that's her name she make fun of someone who has a speech problem say "I can't understand you", after having a full conversation with them, then hang up the telephone but want to lie and tell a family member she didn't say that. She said she could not fill the prescription because the provider did not send in a new prescription which his office said he did but Zoe said there's nothing in her pharmacy system so she tries to contact the provider for the prescription. After all you have said you trying to help, well don't because I will be reporting not only the pharmacist but the entire pharmacy department for unprossional attitude towards customers.
I shop here almost every other day I also get my prescriptions here. Normally there is great customer service but today the lady in the pharmacy name Gi was very rude and rushed me through my transaction. I had questions about my medicine and she said I don't know that a question for your Dr. No it wasn't it could have been answered here at the pharmacy. I know this because I am a Pharmacy Tech as well. Please keep her off of the register and put someone else who has a better attitude up there. Thanks
Thought they were nice at first but then they became more abrasive each refill. Well I had to get a prior authorization and finally a week later when it's approved to be filled the pharmacist said no we won't fill it. They claim they weren't filling prescriptions from that doctor and when I asked why I got no answer. I asked what am I supposed to do since my refill was last week on one and two days upcoming on the other. She just says find another doctor. Well how am I going to find a doctor when it's 5pm Thursday and they mainly work half days Friday. These people could of told me last week or could of been nice and did one last refill but bo they don't care. Well now the big problem, go without or buy off the street and hope it's not fentynal. Pharmacies like this are fueling the opioid
Friendly staff but one of the slowest possible experiences I have ever encountered. I call a day ahead to make sure our prescriptions are in the queue to be filled first thing in the morning when they open and in some cases a couple days ahead. Then on the day of at opening I will call again to make sure it’s being filled and when I ask the eta it’s always a 3+ hour delay till it should be ready. Which isn’t even the worst part because when I show up at that time or even a couple hours after, I’m then told it’s going to be about another 30-40 minutes. How does it take 6+ hours to fill 1-2 prescriptions with days of notice and all needed paper prescriptions are already in hand. I understand it has to be countered and verified 3 times and processed but we don’t even use insurance so it confu
