Publix Pharmacy at Mouse Creek

I am having difficulty understanding why it is challenging for your team to remove medications from the automatic refill process when I have explicitly requested on multiple occasions not to have them included. It appears that the system is set up to automatically trigger refills, and consequently, require customers to physically visit the store to collect their medications and settle their accounts. I have since contacted my insurance provider, and they have informed me that I should not be incurring charges for my medications. However, I continue to experience issues with Publix. I intend to follow up with your customer service team via phone or through your app, although the app's functionality seems limited. The app only allows for refilling medications when it is functioning properly

The only reason they get 1 star, is because you can't give a zero. They never have your meds ready when they say. They will text and say meds ready for pick. You get there and they are still working on it. You go back 2 hours later and to no surprise it's almost ready. Nothing is every ready or the person doesn't know what they are doing. Get It Together Publix Pharmacy!!! My mom will be switching soon!!!

This Publix pharmacy makes me sad I have to drive a total of 96 miles to get my medicine and I told them I have serious problems with my truck and I have to have my toddlers with me bc I have no family in this state no friends im up here alone!!! And my truck literally feels like my steering wheel isn’t attached to my tires it’s scary ride I have to drive ocoee River Highway 64 with all them twist and turns and they won’t fill my meds today on the day of my doctors appointment. They’re gonna make me drive all the way back there with my messed up truck and my kids putting them in Danger to come the next day to be able to fill really nine hours and you say you can’t do anything about it because my medicine just happens to be controlled substance. I hardly ever leave bad reviews, I try to lift businesses up and highlight good places but I am honestly at a loss with this pharmacy. The past several times I've gotten prescriptions there, there's been some issue. Mainly using old or just plain wrong information (wrong mg after it's been increased, prescriptions that have been canceled by the doctor and/or by us, etc). If they aren't paying any more attention than that, I fear they may let people have drugs that interact with each other or other dangerous situations. I have been using this pharmacy for years and they have always been good and reasonably priced but unfortunately I think I'm going to have to switch to somewhere else. The quality of care has gone downhill drastically.

I have been a customer for about one year. All my experiences have been excellent. Every employee has been eager to help me and to do good work. Also, the pharmacy is open all 7 days of the week. And the convenient drive up window is a big plus. This is a prefered pharmacy under my insurance so the prices are the best I could get.
