Publix Pharmacy at Midtown Centre

I'm sad to say that this pharmacy is a disgrace to Publix and to the City of Athens. It taints this new Publix with the rudeness that emanates from it. From the beginning, I have noticed the bad attitudes of the employees, and now have experienced the hateful conduct of the pharmacist when attempting to ask her a question. This pharmacy truly exemplifies trickle down nastiness from top to bottom. All of our prescriptions will be transferred to another pharmacy which exhibits the care and professionalism that should accompany this profession.

Photo center is just a little corner of disorganized chaos. Seems like no one there knows what’s going on. They love making excuses for poor performance. They are back there acting like they are going to war cause they can’t figure out alphabetical order. Ever order they spoke about while I was waiting was messed up in some way, it was borderline comical. Then the manager got a little attitude and tried to get some sympathy when I didn’t have a chipper demeanor 😅 idk man I’ll just go somewhere else tbh. Trash location 🤷‍♂️

There are just too many pharmacies around to be treated like these people treated my wife. They were unbelievably rude, over a simple request.

I had a bad experience at the drive-thru. Not everyone is rude, but there is one person who is always rude towards me and you can tell by her facial expressions. And it's always this person. If you do not like your job please find you something else. I don't like their customer service.

Prescriptions are always quickly filled and the workers very kind. They always have the best interest for my children and questioned any prescription that may seem unusual for their safety. 10/10
