Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care - Athens

I cannot recommend this urgent care enough! I loved the online appointment option and the convenient location. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind, professional, and thorough. The staff was efficient while still taking the time to listen and answer all of my questions. They even stayed past closing time to make sure I had all the information I needed before leaving. My prescriptions were ready at the pharmacy by the time I arrived, which made everything so smooth. Such a wonderful experience during a stressful time — I’m incredibly grateful for their care! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I made a hold my place appointment 4 hours ahead of schedule but submitted inaccurate documents and had to resubmit them but my appointment was still honored. The atmosphere was inviting but still professional in all aspects. The administration at the front desk (I forgot her name) was a pleasure to converse with. The nurse practitioners that assisted me in the back were patient, caring, knowledgeable, and kind. Although my exam was thorough this was an in and out experience and I'm feeling a little bit better already. Thank you to everyone who assisted me yesterday. I was a little stressed and in my head about a lot so your names didn't exactly stick but your beautiful faces and kindness did and I'm very grateful for all of you helping me.

Came here to have my daughter seen quickly after waking up feeling sick. They were quick, kind, facility was very clean, and they were very organized. I’m grateful for this quality of service nearby.

Went in because I was feeling horrible! Wanted to make sure I was okay because I was supposed to visit my mother over the holidays who has ALS and can’t afford to get a viral infection. All tests came back negative. Was given a steroid shot and a script for cold medicine. They said they would sent a swab off for additional testing. I still felt bad so stayed home but since test came back negative, my wife and daughter still went to visit. After day after they got there they both became sick. They were quarantined in a room for three or four days before they were able to attempt to come back home. On their way home they had to stop at a hospital because they were having breathing complications. Turns out wife and daughter had flu an and two year also was treated for pneumonia or bronchitis

Great experience at the Athens urgent care. The staff were very friendly, kind & professional. I did not have an appt. but was able to get in & out in a timely manner even though they were terribly busy. The clinic was very nice & clean. I was plesantly surprised that prescriptions had been called in & were almost ready when I got there.
