Publix Pharmacy at Lilburn Corners Shopping Center

The staff at this pharmacy are fantastic. Friendly knowledgeable professionals. 💊 and always trying to get me to have the latest vaccinations. Which is a good thing at my age. 💊

Very happy with everyone there. They took good care of my husbands' pharmacy needs before he passed away and 18 months later, they still remember him.

So I went there to pick up my medication on 07/05. I gave them all my insurance information and the pharmacist kept telling me the info is wrong. Also the manager ( Thao Trinh) kept saying your DOB doesn't match. I ended up paying for my medicines. I called my ins company and they informed me everything looks good on their end. I called publix pharmacy today and the rep that answered fixed it in seconds and told me your gender entered was incorrect. I had money to pay for my medications but what abt those that rely on insurance. Extremely poor customer service and manager doesn't know anything.

Profiled to be too poor for the prescription!!!!!!! My dad was found positive with Covid yesterday morning and was sent some medication to this pharmacy. My mom went in that afternoon looking for his medication and was told he did not have any medication sent over. Today morning they went back to the clinic asking why the medicine hadn’t been sent only to find out that they did send it and the pharmacy had it. Well, after learning that information they head back to the pharmacy looking for answers. At the pharmacy they were told that she (pharmacy employee) did not give her the medicine because “it was too expensive she didn’t think you would get it” . Too expensive! First off, she was never given the option to decide for herself and who are they to decide if it is too expensive for us or

Waited three hours for prescriptions to be filled. The very next day my doctor called in a prescription at 9:15 am at 11:10 they told me they couldn’t even check the voice mails to make sure they got my prescription. They said give them a while. I explained to them that my doctors office closed at noon on Fridays and ask them to please check. Again I was told that they couldn’t check it right now. So I guess they don’t care if I get my meds before Monday and I’m really sick. I will never go back here again.
