Publix Pharmacy at Lake Oconee Village

The customer service here is horrendous. I dealt with a woman named April. She was accusatory and actually accuse me of lying about being an earlier and being promised that my prescription will be ready. I came back three hours later and it still wasn’t and she was even rude of the second time than the first.

Staff more interested in treating patients like an assembly line than actually providing care. Do not come here if you have anthem/blue cross blue shield

The new Pharmacy is alot more space. Walk in the store as soon as you past the cash registes look to the left on that main aisle. You can't miss it. And if you don't feel like getting out of your car for your meds. They made the Pharmacy top notch. Because they have a drive in there now.

I needed a med not available where I live. Called Publix and they bent over backwards to get it to me in a very timely manner. Great job, even though I’m not a regular customer, only because I’m too far away.

Stood in line for 15 minutes while watching a consultation between a Pharmacy Tech and a customer. Four other Pharmacy employees working behind the counter besides the tech in consultation. Approximately 2 minutes before the consultation was finished, another Pharmacy employee walked out to the front counter and asked to help the next customer. The tech in consultation finished and walked away from the front counter with customers still to be waited on. The tech immediately got on the phone. The individual in front of me was the next person to be waited on by the Pharmacy employee who asked for the next person. This individual had business that took more than a prescription pickup. Not only did this person have pharmacy business, she checked out “groceries ” while others were waiting to
