Publix Pharmacy at Lake Juliana

That pharmacy needs to be run by professional pharmacists, not by pharmacist that run on emotions. If you’re not in the in crowd with them, they will make up whatever reason to not fill your prescription. I had an issue where they filled my prescription with no problems, then one day out of the blue one of the pharmacist decided to take it upon herself and tell me that she won’t fill the prescription because my Dr did not have the “credentials” to send that medication. This is completely untrue. When I attempted to find out how to make a complaint due to the pharmacist fabrication, the pharmacist I spoke to went as far as to call my Dr to complain about me because I was trying to make a complaint about them. This is when the retaliation started. Next thing you know now it became impossible

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Pathetically managed by Stephanie and never makes any effort to get your meds. Always same excuse, supplier truck didn’t show up and maybe had an accident, even though the same excuse is used for 4 days in a row. This pharmacy just keeps getting worse every time I go. All the nice friendly staff keep disappearing. The only one left that actually works is guy that's been there awhile. Today's experience, im the only one in line instead of getting help the two ladies are talking about personal problems and looking at and discussing reviews and tell me to wait after I become annoyed. They continued to gab while I waited and the guy helped me as usual. I think he's the only one doing anything. Maybe you should fire everyone else. The young woman they hired recently is very rude and unhelpful. If this continues I'll take my business elsewhere!

I have Tricare Prime and have on several occassions had to ask them if my insurance was applied and they will say it didnt go through and then I ask them to retry and it goes through. You need to ask them every time if the insurance covered part of the bill or you overpay.

I recently transferred to this pharmacy after being a Walgreens client for years because I was just getting frustrated with the wait times and lack of customer service. I tried to be understanding as I do have family who are also technicians so I understand but you can only take so much. The people here seem friendly, open to questions and most importantly are quick! I’m willingly to pay the extra amount for that.
