Publix Pharmacy at Kanner Crossing

I have use this pharmacy since they opened, probably 15 years ago! Courtney Chastain is the chief pharmacist and she is the first person I met in the pharmacy there 15 years ago.She is exceptional and I can say the same for her staff ! I enjoy going there . Just received two vaccinations, and they were painless!

This is a very clean store and has helpful employees as usual with publix. I go here mostly as it is now my pharmacy of choice and the girls and guys here are great I'm so happy I left cove/us1 Walgreens a couple years ago as that pharmacy went to 💩 since COVID years.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Courtney embarrassed a customer in front of other patrons so everyone could hear. She was accusing them of misusing or abusing their prescribed medications and treating them with contempt. She actually printed out a purchase history to further humiliate the customer by also having her assistant explain why they could not receive the prescription ONE DAY Earlier. The prices here are much higher than other local pharmacies. Definitely not your friendly neighborhood pharmacy and a poor representation of Publix. *** There has been a noticeable improvement in courtesy and customer service since original posting.

Courtney went over and above to help me. I switched all my prescriptions to Kanner Publix Pharmacy because of her. The rest of the staff is also professional and very nice.

The Pharmacy manager Courtney Chastain is fantastic. The Pharmacy is high traffic but she always manages to get everything for my family and me, is very knowledgeable if I have a question, and friendly even when super busy. Kaye and Jim
