Publix Pharmacy at Jacaranda Plaza

The pharmacy located at Jacaranda Plaza (Publix Plantation) is excellent. The staff is always kind, professional, and attentive. They take the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly about medications. You can tell they truly care about their customers’ well-being. It’s a reliable place where you feel well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. The men are the pharmacy ignored when you are there at the line. I was waiting for almost 5 minutes not body else was there. He not even come to the front. I have to ask if somebody can help me. I his answer was go shopping and come back. Horrible.

There was a time when Publix Jacaranda was run very well. That time has passed. No one working there wants to be there. I approached an Asst. Manager and told him that the number counter in the deli eleas not working, silence. Finally, he said we know. I then asked if it was being replaced? His response was I have no idea. The deli was a total mess.

Terrible customer service the workers don’t care about their “patients”

I switched my perscription to publix, Jacaranda plaza to comply with my insurance. Big mistake. First perscription filled there I was told that I could not see or know what type of medication was in the bag until I signed the HIPA pad. The young ladies in the pharmacy were rude and uniformed. Worst experience ever. I went back to walmart pharmacy the same day.
