Publix Pharmacy at Hammocks Town Center

They have no idea of what customer service is, the employees are so rude, today 11/15/25 at 2:00pm I asked for the manager and I observed the manager respond that it was nothing that he can do, he don even asked what the problem was. They says that Publix where shooping is a pleasure is so far from that advertisement.

Always great service from this pharmacy. Even faster and easier when using the Publix Pharmacy app, using their automatic refills system, paying online for quick pickup, and the refill synch makes things a lot easier. Everyone working here is so nice, professional, and efficient. I love this pharmacy!

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Other Publix locations do not have this problem. I have had some of their employees give me attitude in person and today I had a man hang up on me! After being put on hold by the same guy three times when he finally picks up I kindly tell him, “Sir I know you’re busy but my doctor sent my antibiotic at 2pm. It is 6pm and someone just told my husband that it would be another hour and a half.” HE HUNG UP ON ME. What kind of people does Publix have working there? Who manages that location? My husband went back and kindly explained to him that I was getting worst and really needed the medicine. He told him there were “50 people in front of him, nothing you could do”. Gave my son the wrong antibiotic with a different patient's name on it. Heaven forbid my son had an allergy to the prescription given. Was supposed to receive a phone call back from corporate regarding medical error and near miss, but never did. Second issue: They took it upon themselves to change my prescription to a different form without notifying me, and now will have lapse in taking my medication as I wait for them to fix the issue. You're better off going elsewhere.

Pharmacy Tech Judith L. was exceptionally rude and disinterested. Surprised because this doesn't meet Publix's usual standards of customer service. Especially when one is sick, the last thing one wants to run into is a rude person who is supposed to be there to help you.
