Publix Pharmacy at Haines City Mall

I felt obligated to leave this review considering what happened today and how I was treated. I have been a loyal costumer for years and have specifically shopped at this location for so long. There is seven days in a week and I can honestly say I stop by Publix at least 4-5 times a week minimum. There’s always something I need to grab last minute and the location is just convenient. I’m in this store specifically all the time. Today, a day before Christmas Eve I go into this Publix to grab a few gift cards for family and friends, and to pick up a few things I needed and I make my purchase and exit the store. Upon exiting, I notice someone shouting at me and I turn around to find two employees by the names of Angela and Annette approach me in front of multiple people outside of the Publix

I felt obligated to leave a review which was not solicited after received the absolute best and prioritized care from BETTY, the associate working the pharmacy today. There was a mix up with my girlfriend’s insurance and BETTY went out of her way to try and help me with the insurance issue despite the long line. When we realized we couldn’t use the insurance, I questioned discount sites. She jumped right in and helped with that, the whole time with a great attitude and definitely made me feel cared for. You don’t find that everyday and I don’t take it for granted. This is not my first experience with BETTY and I don’t take great service for granted. It is not the norm anymore. Publix pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Polk county, they went out of their wayand got me an emergency one week supply of my insulin before I would have been in a diabetic coma. This pharmacy goes above and beyond and deserves high praise. Thank you to the pharmacist and all their staff for all that they do, you are the best.

I have used Publix pharmacy for years, with my original pharmacy located inside the Publix in highland City. My wife and I moved to Haines City 3 years ago, so it was a no brain's decision to use the pharmacy at Publix in Haines City. Boy was I wrong!! Completely different attitude, personalities and customer service. My prescriptions are never on time anymore, lines half a dozen people long to pickup, meanwhile there's 5 or 6 people floating around inside the pharmacy and only one person helping people at the desk. Doctor can call in a prescription in the morning and your lucky if it is pulled by the end of the following business day. Just today doctor called in prescription at roughly 10am, and I went to pick it up on my way home from work after 5pm. Was told and I quote, that is schedu

Have never had a issue at all. Sorry that others experienced rudeness. All staff has been so kind and helpful. My family got all our covid shots at this location.
