Publix Pharmacy at Gulf to Bay Plaza

I hurt my back and my physician sent in a couple of prescriptions. First, they took until the next day to fill them. Then, I go to pick them up and they won’t sell them to me because I don’t remember a telephone number or PO Box from years ago. I have my drivers license in my hand. The pharmacy tech replies with “have a nice day.” I am in pain, and you are incompetent. I had the prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy. I will not shop at this store again.

New to this location. This store will not fill schedule 2 ADHD medications like adderall.

Poor communication with previous experiences and lack of critical thinking to solve issues, same thing as other reviews, lack of stepping outside the box to help customers. Only reason I go it’s cause it’s the closest pharmacy. Some are friendly but there should be more training on how to handle the business in a more organized way.

The most horrible experience and pharmacist out there, extremely rude, speaks like he's on medication and even CANT fill a 5% lidocaine cream. RIDICULOUS!!!! I can't image what he actually does fill properly. Absolutely horrible. This pharmacist does NOT know how to do his job.
