Publix Pharmacy at Friendship Springs Village

They refused to fill my prescription because they said I live too far away. Didn’t realize 30 minutes was too far away when I work down the street. The pharmacist was very rude. She suggested I go to the CVS across the street.

Did not tell me they were about to go on break for an hour when i just requested my prescription… a heads up would’ve been nice now im unable to get my medicine until tomorrow.

I have been using the Publix Pharmacy for over 20 years and the customer service at this Pharmacy is terrible. They are super rude over the phone and condescending. They offer a service and should remember that we can take our business elsewhere.

Gianina was really rude to me from the first momment of contact. After a couple minutes some one else to came help me and she changed her behavior immediately to super friendly when he arrived. I hope she is able to treat others with kindness or atleast professionalism.

Went to pick up my prescription. After being ignored, Emily finally waited on me. Did not say a word to me other than gave me the price of my prescription. Extremely rude! I will find someplace else to fill my prescriptions!
