Publix Pharmacy at Fayette Pavilion

This is the best pharmacy and the people are great. Always a smile, small talk when I pick up my many prescriptions. I have called on the phone several times as well and I know how busy they are they have always been helpful. The staff at the pharmacy makes you feel like a mom and pop drug store instead of a large chain. Keep up the great work!!!

If you’re hungry never use their deli! I picked up prescription and tried to get some lunch but they were out of wedges and tenders two popular items and they wait till completely sold out before they make more. Waited 8 minutes for wedges then was told it'd be another 6 minutes for tenders, not sure who runs the deli but seems they need to be trained in customer service cause I never saw any. Doubt I will ever go near this deli again.

Absolutely despicable customer service in the pharmacy. The one lady treats me like poo and has every single time I’ve had to deal with her!!!! (More than 20) the pharmacist was no better they don’t care a single bit about you and you can tell they hate their jobs. So rude. Instead of helping me find a solution they are just hateful and rude and uncaring. Kept trying to say something is a corporate problem you could have canceled it out of the system and then enter it back but no they were too busy being nasty and rude and talking about inappropriate things out loud. I’m DONE with this pharmacy and Publix.

I went to order a medicine and they told me it would be an hour, then after an hour and a half of waiting, I asked if my medicine was ready and then they told me to wait a few minutes, and after 10 minutes they called me by name and said to go get at the end of the line, when I was already there waiting so I had to get back in line, and when I get to the register they tell me it wouldn’t be ready until Thursday, why didn’t they tell me that before ? They were really rude and disrespectful, I was there Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at around 7:00pm, I don’t remember their names but it was two women, one had dark hair freckles and the other one was young with red hair. People come sick you should have better treatment towards them. I felt discriminated it was an overall terrible experience.

I have received the kindest, most helpful and all around great service! They take their time to explain or answer questions and never rush me or make me feel like I’m bothering them. I’m greeted with a smile and great customer service
