Publix Pharmacy at Embrey Mill Town Center

Knowledgeable kind staff, always met with a smile. I think the longest I've waited in drive thru was under 10 mins, and that was with several cars in front of me. One issue years ago, and that person was gone with a quickness. I definitely recommend this pharmacy to family and friends.

This pharmacist is an absolute joke. First was told my meds were in stock so I transferred my rx on Monday. Then told they weren’t in stock. Then told two days later Wednesday I could come and get them, drove an hour to pick them up and was told they ordered the wrong medicine. Told me that day they would have them Friday. So my wife called Thursday to make sure they would be in today (Friday) and they gave her an attitude and said I was told this already told me they would be here today. Friday is here and they do don’t have my meds and say they hope Monday. Meanwhile my Dr office is closed for weekend so I am out of meds the entire weekend. Unreal

Cheryl is a nasty human being. She answered the phone rudely she tried to tell me because they just opened that my prescription wasn’t sent in which it was and it was ready she just doesn’t like doing her job obviously. When I walk in I didn’t greet her because of how rude she was she asked for my name gave it to her she made it difficult kept making me repeat myself then she asked me if I was ok because I was giving her energy right back once the blonde lady came and apologized for her actions she started laughing she has no empathy this not the job for her when people are sick and need the prescriptions she’s laughing at you. This use to be the most friendly pharmacy in stafford, Lately they’ve been very unprofessional and result to yelling and hanging up on you for asking simple questions about a medication refill. Don’t recommend them unless you’re ok with getting your prescription 3 days late.
