Publix Pharmacy at Eagle Ridge Shoppes

We transferred to this location of Publix Pharmacy and they are wonderful! All of the girls that help at the desk are very nice and try to give me the best price and information. The Publix Pharmacy in Windermere was chaotic, disorganized and just not a pleasant experience....so we really appreciate the extra effort of the techs and pharmacist at this location! Thank you!

Takes way too long to fill medications at this location. Had antibiotics sent from the doctor for Flu medicine, and they claimed they needed an hour to slap a label on a box. Acute medications like antibiotics sent directly from doctors offices should take priority over refills.

Managers cashiers stockers need to be more friendly. It used to be many years ago. I see workers with their AirPods on this is ridiculous.

I had a prescription pending and it disappeared on the Publix pharmacy app. I called and they claimed they never got the prescription or that the doctor “might have canceled it”. None of that is true and I will never use this pharmacy again.

I changed Publix pharmacy, from Bradenton every month they have it ready by a text message now this new Publix never text me always has a attitude about having my meds ready and when I go an 45 minutes drive they keep forgetting a medicine and it's 45 minutes away,I tell them how important it is to have all of them in my bag and refilled but they don't care next, I ask every month for a text like the other Publix but still after a yr they don't matter of fact they don't pay attention to my medication needs and I'm very very disappointed in this store no I'm sorry no my mistake no accountability for there bad attitude and bad manners who's ever the manager is needs to go above there head to see why so many people is having the same issue and not fixed let's start calling head quarters peopl
