Ten years ago I had pelvic floor pain and found out how difficult it is to find the right therapist. Back then after much frustration I found a solution and today I am so happy to report...Juanita is a solution as well. She is an exercise chemist, mixing various treatments and exercise combinations until she finds the solution. I highly recommend!

I went to Juanita for menopause issues and she was absolutely amazing! It is difficult to navigate all the changes you go through in menopause, but her knowledge and education helped me understand these changes and realize that is is normal and there are things to do to get back to life again. Every appointment I had with Juanita was the best! I loved that she took a holistic approach to my problem and really helped me not only physically, but also emotionally. I always felt heard and supported and my problem was resolved quickly with only a few visits, which was great but also a little sad because I enjoyed going so much! I was told to get Pelvic Therapy by my Urologist about 18 months ago. That's how I met the wonderful folks at Athena Pelvic Therapy. Over this time I have had some ups and downs, but Dr Juanita always is ready to help out and keep me motivated! Pelvic therapy is not normally associated with men, but we end up with problems down there too. And help is out there. Dr Juanita is very holistic in her treatment and the office is a fun and relaxing environment!
