Terrible. We chose this because it was convenient to our home. The pediatrician was wonderful (she has since left), but we could NEVER get through to any staff without going into the actual office, even just to make an appointment. I have since made an appointment at another pediatrician for my children because of how frustrating this office is. I rather drive 30 mins and have responsive care.

The pharmacist is an amazing lady. She really doesn’t tell you what she’s doing behind the counter because insurance can be complicated. I was sitting there wondering what she was doing for about five minutes. Saving me $30 is what she did. And all while being kind and friendly.

I sure appreciate the wonderful staff at the Groveland Community Health Center! I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and never had any issues at all. The ladies have went above and beyond for me on several occasions. Even today, a wonderful young woman took my prescriptions out to my car since I am infected with the Coronavirus. It was very helpful for me as I am very weak and also caring for the customers who are waiting to pick up prescriptions and/or waiting to see a Doctor. I sure appreciate everyone at the Community Health Center pharmacy in Groveland! You really care and it shows!!! Thank you so much for everything! JS

Moved from 4corners to Mascotte so having to use this location now to fill prescriptions, it has been an absolute nightmare for the 3 months we have lived here now. They forget to put in script refill requests, they do not follow up on them, and they pass you off to other locations when they are apparently the ones supposed to be handling it.
