Publix Pharmacy at Crown Centre

I never give bad reviews but this one has to be shared. Publix pharmacy in Orange City attendants are rude smart asses . I was on the phone with someone picking up my LAST ORDER and I questioned them about my final shot (one and two were given). The fresh mouth said they were no longer serving me, I knew This. I had explained after my last visit when they gave me a painful third shot, almost gave me someone else’s control medication, they weren’t going to talk down to me. I also found out that the store manager has no control over these people. I have been filling my final medications and trying to get everything moved over, but not without a smart mouth calling me each time. Care Now is taking my medications and they Will accommodate the disabled with delivery. They do have shorter hours

Absolute nightmare any time i try to send scripts here. Price magically becomes 4x what it is at other pharmacies and always a hassle to transfer it elsewhere.

This place never answers the phone! Do they even have a manager? Been calling and waiting on hold for a couple minutes. Then reverted back to the main menu. Repeat this cycle for 30 minutes then gave up and drove over there in person.

I transferred to the Orange City Publix pharmacy from the Deland, Country Club Corners location. The OC location staff has been nothing short of wonderful to me. They have all been genuinely kind and are always informative. Especially if one of my meds is delayed and whatnot. I'm so happy I transferred to this location. I was being treated very poorly over at the Deland location off of Orange Camp and 17-92 for SEVERAL years. I also do all my grocery shopping at the OC location now. It's a few more miles, but so worth going a little out of my way for excellent service and staff that treat me with respect and dignity. Thank you for all you do!

My name is William Robinson I’ve been going to a pharmacy in Port Orange for the last year my medications were costing me almost $600 a month and it was just becoming unbearable financially for me to continue paying this much. Something led me to Publix in Orange city where I dealt with Wade In the pharmacy he was very kind and just happen to know my doctor personally he was able to fill two of my medications immediately and order my third medication also not only was he able to fulfill my needs for my medication but he was able to do it for only $150 for all three compared to the $600 I was paying be
