Publix Pharmacy at Cosby Station

On 1/20/2026, I met the most amazing pharmacist, very professional and noble with a warm heart, Dr Nordonette and her team. My entire family was sick with influenza and needed tamiflu to be filled. Her quick response to fill medications for 5 family members was just mind blowing when I was told by a different retail pharmacy around the block it will take 2 days. I'm a medical provider myself and understand how busy the field can be, but to go the extra mile and show empathy to a patient means alot. God bless you and wish you and your team the very best!!! Best experience ever! Andy made my day by carrying groceries to my car, and even assisting with loading the baby stroller. His refusal to accept a tip makes for good character and an amazing person. Andy is truly an asset to the Publix staff.

Routinely out of even the most basic medications. Recently had a call-in for Tamiflu -- which must begin within 48 hours of symptoms to work. Pharmacy slow-rolled it for two days. I went and asked if I could pick it up two days after it was called in (medication comes in a couple of blister packs in a box; not something that has to be dispensed -- just bag it and sort it). Lady behind the counter (who should NEVER have any interaction with the public; I've seen her twice get mad, throw stuff down and leave the pharmacy) told me to walk the story for 20 minutes while they "ready" it. I walked the store and kicked rocks for 20 minutes, came back, she said it still wasn't ready. "Is it in stock?" "Yeah." "You do realized that we need to begin this medication ASAP for there to be any efficacy?

SLOW. Incompetent. Will not fill prescription until you call to see if it's ready after doctor sends it over. Doctor sent over prescription the week before. I call to double check and still not filled... then 3 people deep in line and they ignore everyone in line. Awful.

I've had to visit this pharmacy quite frequently in the last few weeks, and despite my arriving close to closing hours on several of these occasions, they've rushed to assist me so that I could have my medications before closure of the store. I've felt like they've prioritized the health and needs of my family every time I've visited, and this is certainly a model of professional and courteous customer service.
