Publix Pharmacy at Columbiana Station

They are out of my dog's medication every time I order it but have signs all over, telling you to switch your pets to them! Don't. Also, an extremely rude pharmacist called while I'm in the hospital, demanding to know a date and time I'm picking up my meds. Unacceptable behavior.

Has become so inefficient in the last few months, that I switched. They used to be wonderful, but staff changed and it takes 24 hours for them to record your rx from your dr. This has happened several times. They say they didn't get it, when I Know the dr. sent it.

Best pharmacy around. They have helped me multiple times in big ways that really made a huge difference in my life! Thank you team!!! I have used multiple other pharmacies before Publix and can confidently say they are the best!!!! They go above and beyond even if they're is a medication shortage they'll hunt it down and do everything they can to get you straightened out! They are kind and professional!!!! Wonderful wonderful experience every time I pick up my meds here!

Went to the Publix on Broad River yesterday, I bought arugula salad and this morning it was rotted and stinky. I called the Harbison branch they were good enough to let me bring it back even though I didn’t Get it there. I was also able to find my fresh mahi-mahi, fresh arugula, and then the deli I was able to buy fresh chicken breast strips. Every person in the store were super friendly and I actually thought good walking out the door. These people definitely rock

Tybrianna at this location in the Deli department really made my night lastnight. She fixed me a simple salad but she was very professional and took her time. She deserves a raise for sure! It’s so great to know that there are ppl who care in the deli! Thanks a million TyBri ! I’ll be back!
