Publix Pharmacy at Colonial Plaza Shopping Center

Best pharmacy and I wish I could have made the switch years ago. They are always polite and inform me if a medicine is not in stock. As far as the rest of the store, it is always clean, the employees are friendly and the subs are always ready before the pickup time which is a plus. Other publix locations the subs are either not ready on time or they start making it when i get there. Best publix is this one!!!

I just called ( 06/29/24 at 3 .00 p.m to line ending 9797) to know when my meds were ready after visiting an Urgent Care Clinic. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, and every 5 minutes a male voice told me to please hold up. I asked my daughter to call using the other line ending in 6696 . They immediately answered Why on earth did they keep me waiting for 15 minutes on the other line without even asking what I needed. It was the same person who kept repeating me to hold. This is a joke. People call pharmacies for help with their meds.They should not play God. I have fever , asthma and an upper lung infecction. I just needed to know when to pick my meds asap without waiting for an hour at the pharmacy.It is always the same thing with that pharmacy. It does not look like a one from Pu

The staff at the Pharmacy at this location is very helpful and attentive to the customer I always get good service and they notify me when my prescription is ready. They will go above and beyond for the Customer Good job and great service.

I ordered a chicken sandwich (at the Dely, the employee's name is Warma) she never asked me if I wanted it toasted. She cut the chicken into large pieces and closed the sandwich without putting anything inside it. Vegetables and everything was left out. She seemed unwilling to work, lousy service, rare in Publix stores where her employees are generally friendly.

These pharmacists are attentive, quick, personable, consultative; real pros. They are MY pharmacists.
