Publix Pharmacy at Clift Farm

Patrick and his staff are great! Courteous, fast, and helpful. They even stayed open a few extra minutes to fill an order for meds my family needed that night. I didn't expect them to, but they did anyway

Big shout out to the pharmacist at Publix in Clift Farms. We had spent 7 hours in the ER Saturday and went straight there to have our prescription filled. It was the evening before Easter so they would be closed on Sunday. They said to give them a few minutes and they would have it filled. We drove next door to fill up on gas. When we returned the curtain was pulled down. They closed at 7 and we had not paid attention to that when we pulled off. We pulled up to make sure of the time (it was 7:05). All of a sudden the curtain rolled up and the pharmacist had our prescription ready and had waited on us!! This is far beyond expectation. While I would never expect people to keep working past their already long hours and busy day, this pharmacist was a needed bright spot in our day. We were b

What a blessing these people are. They so often take such good care of my parents and I truly appreciate that more than anyone will ever know. Chris - the pharmacist - is absolutely the best!! I wish every Publix pharmacy had a Chris! So kind and always so willing to help! Thank y’all for all you do!!

At 12:30pm, My Doctor sent a prescription to this location and upon arrival they advised they did not have it to give. One of the cashiers stated I would have to personally call other Walgreens or CVS’s in the area to find if they have it. Secondly I would have to have the pharmacy contact them to have it transferred. If this process is so tedious and specific why am I having to do all the calling? However, I took the time to do so and verified the information. The pharmacist at Clift Farms, made a quick call to the Walgreens location that I had called that had it and said she would transfer it. I arrived at the Walgreen location and they said they did not receive a fax of information (this is at 1:25pm). They closed for lunch at 1:30pm, I returned at 2:30pm said they still have not rece
