Publix Pharmacy at Centerville

Marika and Lynne in the Deli department were the best and showed great customer service. Both ladies were friendly, personable and truly engaged with me while I was placing my order. They made me feel welcomed and made the experience stand out.

This is the worst Publix pharmacy I have experienced but the location is convenient. The customer service is terrible and they take days to fill your prescription. Wait time in store? Forget about it. It’s never 15-20 minutes it’s always 45min to an hour. You would think the ENTIRE store was waiting for a prescription. I have never experienced this at Walgreens/CVS. Again, the location is convenient but I am beginning to give up on this location all together.

Do not come to this Publix if you need a prescription filled! I have the flu & have been calling all morning to see if my prescription was ready. No one answers the phone. I get all the way to the pharmacy for the associate to tell me it’s out of stock at that location. I then ask her was the prescription called into another Publix, she says no due to them busy. I work in health care & this is absurd! Being busy is not an excuse when dealing with people that are sick! Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!

I get the same medications filled every month and they still never seem to have my medications in stock. Same for my son. It takes them 4-6 days to fill a prescription if they don't have it in stock. And no one calls you to let you know there's a delay. The only way to find out is if you call them. Poor customer service and not proactive at all.

Its tough sometimes being a foster parent to multiple children with different prescriptions and keeping everything together. Im always happy for the customer service I receive. Jordin who works in the pharmacy is always so kind, helpful, and patient. She never seems bothered by my prescription questions or follow ups. Thank you for the excellent service in the pharmacy!
