Publix Pharmacy at Brickell Village

This Publix is centrally located on 13th Street in Brickell. Parking is plentiful but there's always a bottleneck to get inside. Carts are always available and the supermarket is always clean. The salads are always low in stock which is frustrating. The prices are a bit high but the customer service, variety, inventory and convenience make up for it.

I was looking to move my prescriptions to this pharmacy given the convenient proximity to my home. I stopped by to ask the employee at the counter if the had one of the medications for my elderly mother I stick before o switch everything over. The employees response “I can’t tell you until you first ask the doctor to send the prescription to that location” and only then can she confirm. Not for one moment did she even bother to look up and spoke while staring at her computer. She was unprofessional, unfriendly and could not care less. A truly pathetic excuse for a pharmacy with such terrible staff!

It is a very nice place to go, the team of pharmacist is excellent. Always willing to assist and help out. They follow procedures correctly and the protocol is impecable.

Just wanted to share my experience with Publix Brickell Pharmacy. For the past several years, their staff, Marcos, Jessica, Pavel and Ashley have always been professional and caring. Always looking out for their patients and making sure all prescriptions are correct and on time. They assist their patients and make sure they are treated with the utmost care respect and expertise. It’s inexcusable for a pharmacy to close early—especially when patients are waiting for essential medication. Publix Pharmacy at Brickell Village delayed my son’s refill by an entire week, then closed early on Friday night—right after finally filling the prescription. I even called ahead to confirm they would remain open until their posted closing time. This kind of disregard shows a troubling lack of care for customers who depend on timely access to their medications.
