Therapy is very motivated to assisting patients at all levels whether long term or short term rehab! We have difficulty with internal communication and lack of staff performing their job duties efficiently and making it difficult for other departments! Our Rehab manager is not consistently included in emails that directly affect the skilled patients and their approved insurance stays. Communication and professionalism and accountability are key to working better and more efficiently for our residents!

The therapy team provides exceptional care. The residents feel supported, and respected throughout their stay. The therapists are highly knowledgeable, and the staff is wonderful. A top-notch facility for anyone needing therapy services."

I had great experience with Pruitt Health, always making sure I no what's going on with my family. If I'm concerned about any situation always a listening ear,the staff always friendly.

The staff seem like nice people, but it breaks my heart when my mom-in-law needs to be changed, they take FOREVER to come change her. I swear to God, I overheard one of the caretakers saying they only have to change the patient diapers twice a day….that is disgusting!! , this is not the kind of place you want your loved one to be in!

The staff is friendly. They keep you abreast to what's going on with your loved one. The cost also fits nicely with in our budget.
