Well trained and courteous staff. Amazingly efficient and caring. VERY safety aware and good listeners as well as communicating what they are doing and when or how it will be done. I didn't want to come for 2 weeks rehab ... now I realize I needed everybody here to help me recover my former skills / independence.

I cannot say enough positive things about this nursing home. The staff are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and compassionate. They treat residents with dignity and respect, and it truly feels like a family environment. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Communication with families is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing that my loved one is in good hands. It gives me peace of mind to see how much care and attention is given every day. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones

My sister was a patient for 2 years at Pruitt Health & Rehab in Lilburn, GA until she was transferred to a nursing home in my state so I could be closer to her. Overseeing her care from 7 hours away was very challenging. However, many of the staff really were helpful in keeping me informed on things, and it gave me much peace of mind. There are 2 staff persons there who "went above and beyond" in helping me with requests I made from several states away. Bernadette Okafor, Nurse, was very, very good with calling me and taking MY many calls to her about something. Jasmine Ellis Carless, Social Worker, also was very helpful. They not only took a personal interest in my sister, but they took a personal interest in me and wanted to assist me since I could not be there in person fo

Went to do a tour for my loved one. The place smelled lovely and was clean. Staff was great and nice.

Courteous staff with a commitment to their clients who enter their facility. It can be a difficult task to do so. Pruitt has a busy staff who work hard to, house and or aide the recovery of people who are struggling with the basic needs of caring for themselves . I/we are very pleased with our client facility experience and would recommend Pruitt Rehabilitation Center for care and or recovery. Family members are also advised and encouraged to aid patients recovery. Team work is key! Thanks to the staff for aiding and assisting the team in their efforts to improve the care of their patients.
