Very unprofessional and classless. Started a nurse screening process on the 18th lady was condescending and uneducated on certain diagnosis. Was informed I would hear from a nurse to schedule a home visit. 2 weeks later a so” called supervisor” Tamera called to verify address and said the same. Nurse will reach out to me. Another week goes by and still no calls. I believe the process is being delayed from dawn the nurse having to be educated during our assessment. You made the situation personal and have delayed the situation furthermore highly don’t recommend this location to suit medical attention for elders.
Unprofessional! And I never get a call back! They act like they want to help but keep hanging up the phone smh I don’t recommend this company
