Excellent Experience at Visionworks – Cerritos! Anthony and I recently visited Visionworks in Cerritos for our annual eye exams and eyeglass purchases, and we had such a positive experience from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. We both had our exams with Dr. Sun, who was very personable, thorough, and made us feel completely at ease. Dr. Sun took the time to explain the health of our eyes and offered helpful pointers that showed genuine care and attention—no rushing at all. Ashley in optical helped both Anthony and me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and had such a warm, engaging personality. First time at a Visionworks. Made the appointment online, easy. I visited the Cerritos location. From the time I arrived everyone was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. There frame collection was great. Total experience including eye exam and purchasing a pair of classes was great and completed in under an hour. I will continue to get my annual exam at this location.

I was very happy with my first time experience. Dr. Sun was very thorough and explained everything in an easily to understand way. The staff helping with glasses were also so helpful.

I wanted safety style prescription glasses to use for motorcycle riding. I located this office after searching online for a bit. I was very pleased with the large selection of safety glasses! They provided excellent, prompt service. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places I have been, even without insurance! Highly recommend.

They wanted to charge us $600 for one pair of glasses!! We went elsewhere and got four pair for $580! I don’t think the young lady knew what she was doing, may have been new.
