Amazing staff always so kind and helpful

RUN! Don’t walk! I had a deeply frustrating experience with Providence RX and I feel compelled to share it to WARN OTHERS. I went to fill two prescriptions that I urgently needed, only to be told that they would not fill them unless I also filled another non-controlled prescription at their location. This type of prescription-bundling is not only unethical, but it’s also highly inconvenient for customers who may rely on different pharmacies for various medications due insurance coverage, or medication availability. Not only did they refuse to fill my prescription based on this unreasonable condition, but the pharmacy staff also showed little empathy for my situation and seemed more focused on NOT gaining a long term customer than actually helping me with my medical needs.
