Everyone was very nice—the receptionist, the nurses (Jacqueline, Dana), the doctor and the room was reasonably comfortable. BUT…my husband had been vomiting for 4 days and was very weak. We knew he was going to be admitted at 5 pm but it was 10 pm before he got a room. We arrived at 12:30pm so we were there 10 hours before he got in his room. This is not satisfactory; however this seems to be the way most hospitals operate. This needs to change!!

The reception area was rude; they were hungover from a Red Bull party. A doctor who was bald & had a Boston or NY accent rudely demanded me to get off the gurny because he had another patient. He said he didn't care what was wrong with me he needed the gurney. I ended up staying in the reception area all night before I got a Social Worker who got me a ride home. I was by myself. I would never go there again.

I’m sitting in the emergency room with my son as I write this comment. We have been here since 4:30 a.m. He is severely dehydrated. His IV bag has been empty for 30 minutes or longer. No one has come to check on him. In the meantime; nurses are gathering in the hallway talking about things that aren’t medically related. My reason for coming to this hospital was; it’s closer to my home. It’s now 9:05 a.m. I failed to mention; we have insurance!!

Dr. RINEHART IS THE BEST. HE REALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS VERY COURTEOUS. YOU NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONG BEFORE YOU ARE TAKEN CARE OF.

Have been here for almost 4 hours waiting to get COVID results. I was told I was going to get medication to lower my fever and never received it.
