Had an awful experience with Axminster Medical Group customer service so of course when I googled them I was not surprised to see many similar reviews. It took 2 weeks to get an approved authorization when it should have taken a couple of days max. THEN once i got my approval I contacted the approved doctor to schedule an appointment and I was told that they don't accept this insurance and medical group. So i called Axminster back and let them know what I had been told. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. She didn't seem interested in even giving me the time of day or figuring out why I got an approval to a doctor who doesn't accept my insurance.
